How Long Is The Process?
You will receive your professionally prepared document within two business days after we collect all important necessary information about your case. One business day expedited document preparation service is available for an additional fee of $35.00. We will file your case with the proper court venue and acquire a court date within 10 business days once you have reviewed, approved and signed your documents electronically (Some courthouses have a backlog and can take longer). A one business day expedited filing is available for an additional fee of $100.00.
Your court date will typically fall within 30 to 45 (estimated) days of filing your case. Small Claim Filings has no control over the court date that is assigned. All court dates are determined by the court house at the time of filing.
End Up Costing You Nothing!
The costs associated in filing your small claim case (court filing fees and process serving fees), are added to the amount of the judgment against the defendant(s). You may be reimbursed up to 100% of the fees charged by our service when you win your judgment.
